dSPACE extended and simplified the compatibility of Simulink® implementation containers (SIC files) and bus simulation containers (BSC files) to support the use of different versions of them in ConfigurationDesk. For example, ConfigurationDesk now supports the import of SIC files that were generated with the same release or one of the seven previous releases of the Model Interface Package for Simulink.
ConfigurationDesk now supports binary FMUs that provide an XCP service implementation and an A2L file according to the fmi-ls-xcp layered standard.
ConfigurationDesk now provides a seamless generation of XIL mapping files. XIL mappings provided by Simulink models, SIC files, BSC files, function blocks, or bus configurations are merged in an overall XIL mapping file during the build process.
Data replay is now improved by processing high-speed data streams on multiple processor cores to support high data rates for Ethernet communication. In addition, replayed UDP packages can be transmitted directly to the device under test (DUT) with the new UDP Data Replay function block type.
