AURELION 25.4 places a strong emphasis on maintenance, performance improvements, and a wide range of bug fixes, further increasing the stability and reliability of the entire toolchain. In addition, it introduces significant improvements to camera simulation quality through a new feature for advanced global illumination. By simulating indirect lighting and reflections more accurately, camera sensors respond more realistically to complex lighting conditions.

Please note that this feature is currently in preview and comes with limitations. Also support for NVIDIA Pascal GPU architecture is discontinued due to limitations with NVIDIA Cuda.

Main Features

  • Improved rendering stability with fixes for flickering, lighting inconsistencies, and material issues
  • Refined bloom for camera simulation
  • Stabilized fisheye camera and ground‑truth post‑processing, and screen‑space reflections impact
  • Stronger synchronization and toolchain stability across AURELION Manager, multi‑GPU setups, and OpenX workflows
  • Optimized performance and memory usage across multiple components
  • Fixed numerous asset and scene issues: character hair/eyelids, human foot placement, vehicle geometry (trailers, trims, doors), and static object placements in scenarios
  • AURELION Manager now closes promptly, preserves viewer window states, and synchronizes observers/widgets reliably—even with larger selections
  • Adjusted default logging levels and updated logging technology across the toolchain for cleaner diagnostics

AURELION Toolchain

AURELION 25.4 introduces a major new preview feature for dynamic global illumination, enabling significantly more accurate simulation of indirect lighting, light propagation, and complex reflections in real time.

This enhancement delivers clear benefits:

  • More realistic camera simulations thanks to improved light interaction and indirect illumination
  • More accurate reflections on glossy and reflective surfaces
  • Higher visual fidelity for scenes, supporting demanding ADAS/AD validation workflows
