Scrum Master (m/f/d)

As a member of the Competence Team, you will build up and expand your experience in various internal and external projects in the dSPACE organizational units.

In your commitment to benefit the company, you will develop into an expert with broad overall knowledge and good networking in the global organization.

As a Scrum Master (m/f/d) you will ensure the Scrum processes in variety of projects within product development, engineering, IT and organization.

Your Tasks

• Fulfilling the role of Scrum Masters (m/f/d) in agile projects
• Build-up of experience and comprehensive transfer of experience through use in different areas of responsibility
• Participation in the further development of the Competence Team with a focus on project management and agile roles
• Establishment and further development of the agile approach in the teams
• Temporary takeover of other agile roles such as Release Train Engineer (m/f/d) or Project Manager (m/f/d) in hybrid or more classic projects is possible

Your Profile

• Successfully completed technical or scientific studies or comparable training
• Experience working in agile teams, ideally as a Scrum Master (m/f/d)
• Knowledge of traditional project management and its tools is desirable, but not a requirement
• Experience in the transformation to agile project structures, e.g. SAFe®, is desirable, but not a requirement
• Strong analytical, conceptual and independent way of working
• A high degree of teamwork, communication skills and persuasiveness
• Initiative and good judgment
• Fluency in written and spoken English
