My previous work experiences include working abroad in a big international company in Germany, working in a small international start-up company in Zagreb, a Croatian company with international customers, and an outsourcing company with international customers. My experiences and the different positions I held in the past make me appreciate the things I have here at dSPACE.

I originally heard about dSPACE from a highly satisfied employee in Zagreb. Shortly after completing my university studies, I started off as a software engineer in a freshly formed team for automotive Ethernet development.
After just under 4 years, I was given the chance to lead my team as a scrum master, thanks to my dedication and hard work, and the support of my superiors and peers.
I recently applied for the Talents@dSPACE program. The program's major goal is to develop future leaders by giving participants the opportunity to collaborate on various projects with people from all over the world, while also receiving the appropriate education, networking opportunities, and information exchange.
