FAQs in the Support Knowledge Base

New search and filter options for Frequently Asked Questions

We recently changed the structure of our website for Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)  and the presentation of the FAQs in the Support Knowledge Base. 

The changes make it easier for you to find  the FAQs in:

  • The global search field
  • The Support Knowledge Base

In order to see all FAQs in the Support Knowledge Base, please use the link at the end of this page. This link to the Support Knowledge Base already sets a filter for FAQs. Use the other filter options like Information Category, Product and Topics of Interest to narrow down the results.
