1. General
********************************************************************************

This Service Pack can be installed only on an existing product installation
of dSPACE Release 2025-A.

This Service Pack upgrades the contained products to the following versions:
  - Model Interface Package for Simulink 25.2.1
  - RTI CAN MultiMessage Blockset 25.1.1
  - RTI LIN MultiMessage Blockset 25.1.1
  - RTLib CmdLoader 25.1.1
  - RTLibCommon 25.1.1

To ensure that the software products updated by this service pack work optimally
with your dSPACE real-time hardware such as SCALEXIO or MicroAutoBox III, please
always use the latest Firmware Archives for your systems and keep them up to
date using the Firmware Manager. Available at https://www.dspace.com/go/firmware


2. Improvements & Fixed Problems
********************************************************************************

This service pack patches the listed products to their respective versions,
implements enhancements and fixes the issues as listed below.

Model Interface Package for Simulink 25.2.1:
--------------------------------------------
  - If two Simulink models and/or SIC files that contained bus elements with
    identical names at their root level were added to the same application
    process, the build process was aborted. (1572120)
  - It was not possible to add more than one signal to a model port block using
    the dsmpb_addsignal() function if a signal of this model port block was
    renamed using the dsmpb_set() function beforehand. (1545565)
  - Separating models from a large overall model took a very long time if the
    overall model contained many GoTo and/or From blocks. (1575434)
  - Separating models from an overall model failed in the following situation: 
    The overall model contained at least two GoTo blocks with the same 'GoTo tag'.
    The blocks were used in two different subsystem and 'Tag visibility' was set
    to 'global' for one block and to 'local' for the other block. (1224590)

RTI CAN MultiMessage Blockset 25.1.1:
------------------------------------
  - Update of used 3rd party libraries: libxml2 to version 2.15.2. and libiconv
    to version 1.19.0. (1598044)
  - Fix for an issue when communication matrix import fails if node list is not
    defined or has duplicates. (1343708)
  - Fix for an issue when communication matrix import of dbc file fails if it 
    contains two or more signals with the same name. (1554909)
  - Fix for an issue when rticanmm_multipledbc does not handle the signal 
    structure during the import of communication matrices. (1603769)
  - Fix for an issue when crypto message names are not switched according to 
    short/display name preference. (1608027)

RTI LIN MultiMessage Blockset 25.1.1:
------------------------------------
  - Update of used 3rd party libraries: libxml2 to version 2.15.2. and libiconv
    to version 1.19.0. (1598044)

RTLib CmdLoader 25.1.1

  - Security issues are fixed by updating third-party components.

4. Installing the Service Pack
********************************************************************************

To install the Service Pack, you must be logged on with administrator rights.
Close all dSPACE applications and run the setup, which will automatically locate
and patch the RCP and HIL Software Installation.


5. Uninstalling the Service Pack
********************************************************************************

To uninstall this service pack, you must have access to your dSPACE Release
installation DVD.
