Overview

In the last few years, a number of perception sensors have entered the marketplace for autonomous system development. These devices and relevant interfaces have to be thoroughly tested in the lab. The earlier testing is performed, the better.

In this dSPACE Learning Bits video podcast, Ben Hager, Team Leader, ADAS/AD Engineering & Business Development, discusses testing options for validating autonomous system sensors, including early testing of algorithms for artificial intelligence and machine learning models and autonomous driving functions, as well as scaling test cases to the cloud to run the millions of tests that will be required to validate autonomous systems.
