Overview

In this Learning Connection, Jacob Perrin discusses some of the critical issues automotive engineers face when taking on the daunting challenge of creating and maintaining the data pipeline for the development of driver assistance systems and autonomous vehicles powered by artificial intelligence.

While the analogy to some kind of a pipe can be helpful as a heuristic, there are of course many unique challenges and obstacles to overcome, when the payload is dozens of gigabits per second of sensor data. After working closely for years with many OEMs and suppliers, dSPACE has identified the key challenges seen in the industry today and proposes a possible solution for each challenge.

Watch our recording in to see how our observations resonate with your challenge.
