About the Training
SYNECT is a highly flexible data management tool. It includes modules for version control, requirements management, test management, variant management, and workflow management. With the workflows, it is possible to remotely control any test process as well as all its tools, files, and hardware. The Python API is capable of connecting all kinds of third-party tools. For the user, the test workflow from the requirements to the report of the test execution is possible with SYNECT only, because all the other tools run remotely in the background.
The training focuses on a typical test management workflow. The basic structure of SYNECT is shown. Afterwards, requirements will be imported from a third-party tool. Some test cases will be created either manually or with AutomationDesk. The features of execution on a HIL system and evaluation on a local PC will be shown in a fully automated way and will be connected with some variants. In the last part of the training, the different options for accessing third-party tools will be shown and explained.
This training builds on previous knowledge.
To be able to complete the SYNECT training, it would be helpful to attend the AutomationDesk training first.
Our SYNECT training is a good basis for learning more about Workflow Management.
