SYNECT User Licenses

Since SYNECT 2.6 (dSPACE Release 2018-B) dSPACE uses SYNECT user licenses and floating network licenses as license types for SYNECT.
Floating network licenses and SYNECT user licenses both use the CodeMeter licensing technology. Both license types can be activated and hosted using the same dSPACE License Server with CodeMeter Runtime.

SYNECT user licenses (SUL) let you work on a SYNECT server with a specific SYNECT user or from a PC with a specific host name.
You have to assign SYNECT user licenses to specific SYNECT users or specific PCs before working on the SYNECT server.
