The end of life has been decided and a discontinuation date has been set for the SCALEXIO® Real-Time PC with an i7-860. We advise against using the SCALEXIO Real-Time PC with an i7-860 at 2.8 GHz in new projects. You can still buy the product until February 2018. New releases of dSPACE software are planned to continue supporting the SCALEXIO Real-Time PC with an i7-860. We will immediately inform you about any changes with sufficient notice.

For new projects we recommend that you use the successor, SCALEXIO Real-Time PC with an E3-1275v3, or the SCALEXIO Real-Time PC with a XEON E5-2640v3 at 2.6 GHz with 8 cores.
The SCALEXIO Real-Time PC with an E3-1275v3 is not only the successor, but it also provides improved performance to enable more realistic HIL testing. It is supported by dSPACE Releases since 2014-B.
The SCALEXIO Real-Time PC with a XEON E5-2640v3 at 2.6 GHz with 8 cores provides higher real-time performance if large models and parallel model calculation are required. It is supported by dSPACE Releases since 2016-B.
