FAQ 773: How to Handle ENUMs for A2L Generation in TargetLink

Question

I have already specified a variable class whose Info property is set to ‘read-only’ or ‘read-write’ for a variable with an ENUM data type. However, this variable is not generated to the A2L file. Are any additional settings required for enum variables?

How to generate enum variables to an A2L file? Or is there an alternative how to handle enums regarding the A2L generation?
