FAQ 715: Name ambiguity error for global variables

Question

I use several model files for my ECU project. When I generate code, compile and link everything together, I get a name ambiguity error for some global variables. It turns out that some variables have the same name, although I used the $S_$B name macro. How can I avoid this?
