FAQ 442: 'Unable to load package' Error of rtmaps_pcap.pck

Question

I loaded "rtmaps_pcap.pck" on RTMaps, and I got the following error message:

Error: Unable to load package C:\Program Files\Intempora\RTMaps 4\packages\rtmaps_pcap.pck: third-party dependencies may be missing (.dll/.so/.dylib files). The specified module could not be found.

How can I solve this error?
