USB to CAN/CAN FD Converter DCI-CAN2

Connection of a CAN/CAN FD Network to the Host PC

The DCI-CAN2 (dSPACE Calibration Interface – CAN2) is an interface, that makes it possible to establish a USB-based connection from your host PC to the CAN/CAN FD data streams in the vehicle.

With the DCI-CAN2 you can access the data stream on CAN and CAN FD networks. The interface transfers messages between the CAN/CAN FD network and the host PC via USB. The DCI-CAN2 is powered directly via USB, so no additional components are necessary to connect to the CAN bus.

Key Benefits

The DCI-CAN2 provides a robust, compact interface to a CAN/CAN FD network via a Plug & Play USB connection for in-vehicle use. In addition, the DCI-CAN2 can be operated in a wide temperature range (from -40 to 85 °C).
