TargetLink 2025-B extends modeling capabilities by supporting additional Simulink® blocks. The State Reader and State Writer blocks simplify access to internal states, which is useful for resetting or monitoring block states during simulation. A TargetLink variant of the Rounding Function block has been added. Support for the Function-Call Split block improves signal routing flexibility for function call triggered subsystems, while the Initialize Function block1) enables task initialization in response to events. Additionally, support for Export-function models1) enables modular code generation for integration into larger systems.
AUTOSAR code compliance is improved through the support of third-party implementations of MFX/IFX mathematical libraries. Variant handling is now supported for Classic AUTOSAR, increasing model reusability and maintainability. For Adaptive AUTOSAR, instance specifiers in platform integration files can be derived directly from Data Dictionary entries.
