Improvements for XIL mapping; enhancements to the Bus Navigator, the automation interface, and the Hierarchy Array

The automatic import of XIL mapping files for dSPACE simulation platforms, which was introduced in ControlDesk 2024‑A as a preview feature, is now integrated into the regular product. With this feature, it is even more convenient to decouple structural changes in dSPACE simulation models on the variable connections on ControlDesk layouts created for them. You can now also connect entire groups of framework labels to instruments in one go. The search field introduced with ControlDesk 2023‑B now lets you search for XIL mappings globally.
The Bus Navigator in ControlDesk 2024‑B supports the MF4 file format for monitoring, logging, and replaying CAN bus data. In addition, AUTOSAR R23‑11 ARXML files are supported. Several enhancements were made to the generation of layouts for Bus Manager applications, such as the J1939 PDU Priority support.
The automation interface of ControlDesk 2024‑B supports the export and import of calculated variables. Furthermore, you can now automate search and filter settings of the Instrument Navigator and Layout Navigator.
The Hierarchy Array now supports the radio button cell type.
