When you have changed the simulation model, you have to reload the model in ModelDesk to perform a consistency check again. When you reload a model, ModelDesk compares the current model to the saved simulation model. Now, ModelDesk provides more user feedback, for example, if blocks are added or missing or the instance ID has changed. The report is displayed in a dialog and written to the log file. So you can abort the model update to solve the conflicts.
You can handle the documents (windows that are opened in the working area) using tool automation. This is helpful when you have to close a lot of documents.
The Platform Manager lets you register MicroLabBox II and download simulation applications to the platform.
As of ModelDesk 2024‑A, the DS1006 and DS1007 platforms are no longer available. The related hardware is no longer supported.
