New Features
In ControlDesk version 22.2, the dSPACE experiment and visualization software ControlDesk offers a new cost-effective product version focused on working with bus systems: the Bus Navigator (stand-alone). It lets you monitor and log communication on CAN, Ethernet, and LIN buses. It also lets you replay logged CAN and Ethernet communication and is able to create instruments for handling CAN, LIN, and Ethernet messages, frames, and PDUs.
For the Bus Navigator (stand-alone) you only need a CONTROLDESK_BNV license. By adding other ControlDesk licenses, you can easily upgrade it to a full-blown ControlDesk version with access to real-time and VEOS simulation.
Other improvements are a new breadcrumb control for easier variable navigation and the option to store the data logger configuration directly in the real-time application (RTA) file. By this, the data logger can be run directly out of the box, as an integral part of the real-time application.
