ConfigurationDesk 22.2/MIPS 22.2

Improved FPGA workflow; support of binary FMUs with Linux64 or Linux32 shared objects

ConfigurationDesk: Configuration and implementation software for dSPACE real-time hardware (MicroAutoBox III, SCALEXIO).

ConfigurationDesk 22.2 provides an improved FPGA workflow based on new FPGA containers generated by the FPGA Programming Blockset. This ensures consistency of FPGA functions and their scaling functions modeled in Simulink®. Reusing them in different projects is as simple as referencing the same FPGA containers in shared locations.

By importing bus simulation containers generated by the Ethernet Configuration Package, you can benefit from the advantages of container workflows for Ethernet applications: separating modeling work from integration, shorter build times, and IP protection through compiled containers.

The support of binary FMUs with linux64 or linux32 shared objects lets you use more FMI tools with the lean workflow you already know for source code FMUs and Simulink models.

Propagate and Auto-Mapping fully support Simulink.Bus objects, letting you reap the benefits of using typed structured Data Port blocks to connect bus configurations with whitespaces or other characters in signal names.
