Enhanced Support for Adaptive AUTOSAR and Team-Based Development

With the latest version 5.1 of TargetLink, the proven production code generator, dSPACE has once again significantly extended the functionalities and further increased the efficiency of model-based development. For this, TargetLink 5.1 places special emphasis on team collaboration. New features include using Simulink® functions to reduce software maintenance, directly accessing Simulink® mask parameters from TargetLink, and a new interactive three-way merge mechanism in the TargetLink Data Dictionary for merging artifacts.

For example, to improve work efficiency, there is also user-interface-based support for modern calibration workflows (curve/map) from the latest AUTOSAR versions. The the usability of the well-known Property Manager for convenient management of TargetLink block and Stateflow® object properties has also been further optimized.

As part of code generation for the AUTOSAR Adaptive Platform, TargetLink now also offers the software-in-the-loop simulation capability of Adaptive AUTOSAR functions. The Communication Management API ara::com is also rounded off by the support of events. TargetLink also supports constructs (key value storage) of the ara::per cluster (persistency). This allows for extensive model-based development based on the AUTOSAR Adaptive Platform.
