About ITEC 2023

For more than 12 years, ITEC has served as IEEE's premier conference on transportation electrification, fostering connections between industry and academia. The conference cycles between Michigan, California, and Illinois, hitting the top industry regions for transportation electrification. Each year has a special focus, with 2022 launching a pilot project of ITEC+ joining forces with AIAA/IEEE Electric Aircraft Technologies Symposium (EATS). This collaboration drew hundreds of participants from NASA, Raytheon, Boeing and more. For 2023, the conference will return to Detroit, and highlight the electrification of ground transportation across all applications.

iTEC is aimed at helping the industry in the transition from conventional vehicles to advanced electrified vehicles.
