Cancellation Policy
Please note that we will charge you EUR 25.00 if you cancel your registration up to 14 days before the start of the course. If you cancel within 5-13 days before the start of the training, we will charge you 50% of the training fee. Cancellations 1-4 days before the scheduled course date and no-shows will be charged the full course fee. Registered persons who are unable to attend can send a replacement participant without incurring an additional fee. Please inform us as soon as possible about the replacement participant.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to inclement weather, instructor unavailability, lack of participation, etc., dSPACE may postpone or cancel a particular training course. In the event of cancellation, notification will be sent at least 5 days before the start of the course. In this case, registered participants have the right to postpone their training to another date or to receive a full refund of the course fees paid.
