If you observe unexpected behavior of your hardware and need help in analysing it, use our support request form.
If you want to know the status of your repair contact RMA@dspace.de and give the RMA number.
Hardware products that already reached the lifecycle phase "retired" cannot be tested nor repaired. Check out our end-of-life announcements.
We offer a hardware calibration service for dSPACE I/O boards. For details and quotation contact our sales department using the contact form.
