1. General

This patch can only be installed on an existing 
RTI Bypass Blockset Vs. 2.7.3 installation (dSPACE Release 7.1).


2. Improvements & fixed Problems

 Performance improvements:
  
 ECU Service integration:
  - support for up to 65535 service instances in ECU application

	NOTE: 
	This feature requires "dSPACE Calibration and Bypassing Service" 
	version 2.3.0 or higher. 
	Is only supported by the following RTI Bypass ECU Interfaces: 
	"DCI_GSI1" and "dSPACE_on_XXXX" (where "XXXX" stands for "DPMEM", 
	"JTAG_OCDS", "JTAG_SDI", "NBD_AUD", "JTAG_NEXUS", "NEXUS_READI"). 	

  
3. Installing the Patch
*************************************************************************

To install the patch, you must be logged on with administrator rights.
Close any dSPACE software and MATLAB before invoking 
the patch installer: DS_ImplSW_RTIBypass_Blockset_2.7.3_P288959.exe.
The setup will automatically locate and patch the RTI Bypass Blockset 
installation. After this patch is applied, the version of the installed
patch is shown in the RTI Bypass Blockset library and in the 
MATLAB Command Window during startup.


4. Limitations
*************************************************************************

This RTI Bypass Blockset Vs. 2.7.3p1 software is restricted for the use 
with the dSPACE Releases 7.1. The RTI Bypass Blockset Vs. 2.7.3p1 software 
will not be installed for other versions of dSPACE software.
