1. General

This patch can only be installed on an existing ECU Interface Manager 1.0
installation (dSPACE Release 7.2).


2. Improvements & fixed Problems
*************************************************************************
  
 Project Management and GUI:
  - added keyboard shortcuts for menus
  - improved search functionality via additional dialog
  - improved load/save of projects
  - improved project configuration workflow by adding keyboard shortcuts 
    and context menus
  - improved filter functionality
  - automatically migrate old project versions on project load
  - fixes in the opcode modifications generation process    
 
 Importer:
  - improved import of information
  - fixed import parser to detect additional variables/functions 
  - fixed import parser to correctly display functions/variables 
    in the IF/ELSE conditions 
 	
 Exporter:
  - support for relative path in the configuration dialogs
  - improved export configuration workflow via keyboard shortcuts
    and context menus
  - fixes in the A2L and Srec Exporters 


3. Installing the Patch
*************************************************************************

To install the patch, you must be logged on with administrator rights.
Close any dSPACE software and MATLAB before invoking the patch installer:
 DS_ECUInterfaceManager_1.0_p1_222444.exe.
The setup will automatically locate and patch the ECU Interface Manager 
installation. After this patch is applied, the version of the installed
patch is shown in the ECU Interface Manager splash screen and in the
Help > About ECU Interface Manager dialog.


4. Limitations
*************************************************************************
 
The projects saved with the ECU Interface Manager 1.0p1 will no 
longer work correctly when are opened with ECU Interface Manager 1.0.

This ECU Interface Manager 1.0p1 software is restricted for the use 
with the dSPACE Releases 7.2. The ECU Interface Manager 1.0p1 software 
will not be installed for other versions of dSPACE software.
