Using DS1005 and DS1401 MicroAutoBox with New Flash Memory Components
As of processor board revision number- DS1005-12 and
- DS1401-18
If you use these boards in conjunction with a dSPACE Release lower than Release 5.3, you need some relevant patches and you have to recompile your existing real-time programs, or models.
Patches are available for dSPACE Releases (RCP and HIL Software) 4.2, 5.0, 5.1, and 5.2, as well as for CalDesk® 1.3, and 1.4.
For building the real-time application, an Implementation patch is required. Additionally ControlDesk® or CalDesk patches must be installed, depending on the actually used Experiment software.
To ensure proper operation, it is mandatory to install always the Implementation patch and the ControlDesk or CalDesk patch.
This list shows those patches that introduced the support of the new hardware versions. Newer patches also contain the related changes, of course.
