Purpose
The PSS (position sensor simulation) solution is based on the DS5202 FPGA Base Board. It is specially designed for simulating typical position sensors such as resolvers or incremental encoders.
Use Case
A typical use case is a hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) simulation incorporating electric motor simulation. The DS5202 PSS solution provides the necessary position signals for the ECU.
