ModelDesk Vehicle Configurator
ModelDesk Vehicle Configurator supports the parameterization of the vehicle. With this tool it is possible to carry out the basic parameterization of the ASM vehicle dynamics model and to quickly create different vehicle variants in order to test and compare them. The basic parameters regarding vehicle dynamics, drivetrain and engine can be selected without going deeper into the structure of ModelDesk.
Basic knowledge of the characteristic vehicle parameters, as can be found in the technical data of the vehicle manufacturer, is sufficient for basic parameterization. Different vehicle classes such as SUV or Midsize car are used as a basis, so that realistic parameterization of the wheel suspension and tires is ensured.
The ASM Vehicle Configurator works as a standalone Python module that must be imported into a current ModelDesk project and then be run directly from the ModelDesk project.
