Das DS2211 HIL I/O Board ist für Hardware-in-the-Loop-Simulationen in automotiven Anwendungen ausgelegt und optimal für die Simulation und Messung automotiver Signale geeignet. Es kombiniert eine Vielzahl typischer HIL-I/O, enthält Signalkonditionierung für automotive Systeme mit 12 V, 24 V und 48 V und unterstützt Bordnetze mit zwei Spannungsebenen.

Vorteile

Das DS2211 HIL I/O Board ist das zentrale I/O-Board für Hardware-in-the-Loop-Simulation, besonders im automotiven Elektronikbereich. Das DS2211 HIL I/O Board ist auf Simulation und Messung automotiver Signale, besonders auf Motor- und Fahrdynamikanwendungen, zugeschnitten und verbindet zahlreiche typische HIL-I/O-Signale auf einem Board. Das DS2211 enthält Signalkonditionierung für typische Signalpegel automotiver Systeme mit 12 V, 24 V und 48 V und unterstützt Bordnetze mit zwei Spannungsebenen.

Aufbau eines HIL-Simulators

Zusammen mit einem Prozessor-Board (DS1005, DS1006 oder DS1007) bildet das DS2211 HIL I/O Board den Hardware-Kern von dSPACE Simulator. Das Prozessor-Board berechnet das Echtzeitmodell, zum Beispiel eines Motors, während das DS2211 alle benötigten I/O-Signale misst und stimuliert. Werden mehrere DS2211 HIL I/O Boards eingesetzt, kann der Simulator von 8 Zylinder auf 96 Zylinder erweitert werden.

Angular Processing Unit

Das DS2211 HIL I/O Board verfügt über eine einzigartige APU (Angular Processing Unit), die High-Speed-Generierung und –Messung von Kurbelwinkelsignalen unterstützt, um Motoren bis zu 29 000 U/min zu simulieren.

Winkelsynchrones Kaskadieren

Für höhere I/O-Anforderungen können mehrere Boards, zum Beispiel mehrere DS2211, kaskadiert werden. Die Boards arbeiten winkelsynchron, wenn ihre Time-Base-Connectors verbunden sind. Ein DS2211-Board agiert als Zeitbasis (Winkel-Master). Die übrigen Boards lesen dessen Zeitbasis aus, wodurch Signale winkelsynchron auf mehreren Boards generiert und gemessen werden können. Das gleiche gilt für das DS4002 Timing and Digital I/O Board, das DS5001 Digital Waveform Capture Board und das DS5203 FPGA Board, die auch mit derselben Zeitbasis verbunden werden können.
