Mit der AutoBox lässt sich die modulare dSPACE Hardware direkt im Fahrzeug einsetzen. Sie bietet erweiterte Robustheit und wird von der Fahrzeugbatterie betrieben.

Anwendungsbereiche

Die AutoBox ist das optimale Gehäuse, um Ihr modulares dSPACE Echtzeitsystem für Regelexperimente im Fahrzeug einzusetzen, zum Beispiel bei Testfahrten im Rahmen der Reglerentwicklung für Antriebsstrang, Chassis oder ADAS-Systeme. Die AutoBox kann überall im Testfahrzeug installiert werden, auch im Kofferraum oder im Fahrzeuginnenraum.  

Vorteile

Die AutoBox ist eine robuste Lösung für die Installation von Prozessor- und I/O-Karten. Sie bietet Platz für dSPACE Hardware (7 Steckplätze in der AutoBox, 15 Steckplätze in der Tandem-AutoBox). Speziell ausgelegt für den Einsatz im Fahrzeug, kann die AutoBox mit 12-V-, 24-V- und 48-V-Bordnetzen betrieben werden, auch unter rauen Umgebungsbedingungen.

1) A link board or a slot CPU board is not required for PHS-bus systems based on DS1007.
2) The maximum voltage between any input pins or any output pins and output ground must not exceed 100 V. 
3) The sum of the output currents must not exceed the maximum output power of the supply rails. 
4) Shock mounts must be regularly inspected for visible signs of wear or damage and have to be replaced if necessary. 
5) The dSPACE processor and I/O boards have different maximum ambient temperatures. When they are installed together, the lowest maximum ambient temperature applies.
